Our first visit to Fuji, and it was more than well worth it. The food was first class (we had miso soup, mixed sashimi to share, and prawn/vegetable tempura - with hot sake, of course), and the service was attentive without being instrusive. A little quiet, but it was after all a Thursday evening, and I would imagine that there's more of a "buzz" on the more popular dining evenings.
All-in-all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be going back."
