Fuji is the first Japanese restaurant outside of
London to offer the complete Japanese dining experience. Fuji is elegantly
designed and offers the following dining areas, teppan-yaki tables, sushi bars,
outdoor sushi bars, fine dining and an authentically designed private dining
tatami room.
Theatrical.The lower ground floor is a theatrical inspired
dining experience. Diners delight in being entertained by our highly skilled
chefs whilst watching their meals being meticulously prepared for
them at the teppan-yaki tables. Diners choosing to sit at the sushi bars view
the open plan kitchen where the chefs enjoy educating customers of their
aquired skills and extensive knowledge of Japanese cusine.
Fine dining. The first floor offers the complete fine dining
experience, with exceptional speciality dishes and a highly trained service
team. The Fuji wine bar offers an extensive range of fine wines, speciality
champagnes and sake cocktails. The Bar team are happy to reccommend any bottle
to compliment your dish.
Private dining.An elegantly designed
private dining room that is sure to provide you with a taste of Japan. Offering
a dedicated service team, signature dishes, authentic tatami mats and Japanese
floor seating. The Tatami room must be booked in advance by contacting the
restaurant directly.
